Welcome to the blog and thanks for joining me! If you know me already you can guess the types of things I will blog about – leadership and organizational issues, dealing with the demands of corporate life, work life balance (or lack thereof), and mindfulness and what this means to leaders.
For those who don’t know me, thanks for stopping by! You will sometimes hear me talk about mindfulness because this was the topic of my Doctoral dissertation and is often a part of the work I do with people and teams.
