I am extremely excited to attend this year’s Wisdom 2.0 conference in Silicon Valley this week! The conference brings together leaders from companies such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Paypal and eBay along with speakers such as Eckhart Tolle and Jon Kabat-Zinn.

The executive coaching and leadership training conversations I am having are changing in a refreshing way. Mindfulness, compassion, self-care, wisdom and social consciousness are part of the corporate conversation and this conference is one of the post powerful examples of the new leadership landscape.
